The only requirement for a student to apply is that they are able to explain what makes them a "POP Star" at PHS.&amp;nbsp; It can be anything from school spirit to academic prowess.&amp;nbsp; We have seniors apply who have done extraordinary things for the community or are involved in several different clubs, activities, or sports.&amp;nbsp;
