In honor of American Education Week, I wanted to thank our entire community for your support of Pinnacle High School.  We are at the top of US public schools because of a collaborative effort between students, parents, staff, and community.  As a school, we are so fortunate to play a role in helping the PHS parents raise outstanding young people, who will one day lead us to continued greatness.

Thank you for all you do and for your support of Pinnacle High School and public education.

Welcome to Arizona's Best Public High School

PHS Parents,

We had an unbelievable start to the school year.  Our teachers and support staff worked incredibly hard to make sure your sons and daughters were in class and learning from the opening bell at PHS.

With only 180 days to accomplish our learning goals, our teachers are not wasting any time getting into the new material.  This year we are focusing on nurturing the relationships our community needs to remain one of the highest performing schools in the country.  We rely on our parents to stay in close communication with our teachers and staff and provide us with information to help your child be successful.  Your first opportunity to meet your teachers will be next Thursday, August 26 from 6:00-8:00.  Your child will be bringing home information early next week to help you plan for the evening.

As always, thank you for your tremendous support and I look forward to seeing you at Open House.

Making It Count - Change Maker!

Our Change Maker fund raiser to support the Paradise Valley Education Foundation was an enormous success.  We raised over $2000.00 and won the friendly competition with Horizon High School.  Congratulations to Ms. Tommasino's science classes for raising the most money at PHS and Ms. Mihalic's classes for coming in second place.

This event would not have been successful without the support  of our parents.  Kelly LaPorte did a fantastic job organizing the event and was instrumental in its success. We also had some VERY generous parents who put in more than just the change in their pockets.

Way to go Pioneers!
